A red Panda medical doctor called Dr. Xing When Bu, has opened up in the valley of peace, offering Spa-like treatments for a reasonable price. suddenly, those who came out litteraly become new people: physically stronger, highly intelligent, and in rare cases, hungier. Mr. Ping hears about this and wants to try if for himself, and comes back strong, smart, and on rare causes, hungier then normal. that's because Dr. Xing has a secret, an illegal secret: he is using an alien herb that is making them stronger. while no fatal or painful effects, it is causing un-nesserary conflicts by conflicting intellectual ideals, pointless "who's stronger" contests, and scrubbling over the suddenly depleating food supply.
