Grand Vizier Stiff-Lips is an Equestrian Draconequus from Draconequua. He is the grand advisor to King Wacky and Queen Pranks who particularly despises their sons Mayhem and mostly Discord, who he doesn't trust with reformation because Mayhem was a handful growing up and Discord was more so and got unbelievably infuriated with them going rogue. When Discord is given redemption, he is intolerable of him because he's more of the same kind of Draconequus they were during the Chaos War, who also liked to torment mortals for personal amusement even when waging war, and thus seriously mistrusted him and in typical chaotic instinct, he finds every moment possible to demean and torment Discord including mock trials and being the one directly responsible for litigating him following his return, hesitantly sentencing him to community service with Fluttershy in due respect to his parents, as he finds him 'lower than ground whale poop in the royal pecking order', and Discord considers him the bane of his existence, especially with his half-brother, a DBZA-Popo-style Draconequus named Irk, who enjoys torment often a little too much in his mock trials.

Stiff-Lips has a king cobra hood in place of horns, a raptor left arm, a mantis claw right arm, a crane left leg, a heron right leg, a large vulture left wing, a large condor right wing, which both wings form into a cloak, a rattlesnake tail, blue eyes, two fangs, has a well-trimmed sofisicated mustache in replacement of the traditional goatee beard, and wears a monocle, a regal suit, an elegant top hat, a Victorian wig, and holds a golden scepter with a Draconequus face on it.
