Irk Lips is an Equestrian Draconequus from Draconequua. He is a thoroughly malevolent, violent, mean-spirited, ruthless, greedy, psychopathic, sociopathic, masochistic, sadistic, and an overall unpleasant individual especially compared to his chaotic race, often being known to traumatize and mistreat those who he prosecutes and penalizes for his half-brother Grand Vizier Stiff-Lips. He's known to be very vain, rude, and possessing very little regard for the rights of others, often disrespecting and mistreating them on a regular basis, such as putting those he prosecutes in many dangerous and life-threatening trials, sessions, and even intimidates them into not protesting or trying to discuss his actions, especially when Stiff-Lips threatens to get him involved. People like Discord and Chaos, however, are too chaotic to take his abuse and find it simply annoying. He is similar to DBZA Popo, and has the voice of George Takei (First Ancestor in Mulan movies and Hosato in Kubo and the Two Strings).

Irk has a black pony head, a cobra hood replacing horns, a bat's right wing and a moth's left wing, a frog's right arm and a wolf's left arm, an antelope's right leg and a giraffe's left leg, a spotted salamander tail, red eyes, and two fangs.
