Krypton Negative-9
Krypton Negative-9 is a Xenon clone created by Kryptonia, only with some traces of her genes in him. He is a shapeshifting Xenon clone that has the same DNA-altering powers as Kryptonia, and can take several other forms including Xenon and Kryptonia. Though this clone was born with the same phase-effects as the original Xenon, and thus he can make himself slowly stronger and larger in size. However, like the other Xenon clones, he's not as intelligent as a common self-aware person, and has a blend between childishness and maturity. He holds the worse of Kryptonia's anger against Al Baldwin Eagle and wants to enter to extremes as a result. Because of it, in what was once a peaceful mission to apologize to Kate for insulting her and to warn her brother of Alan's rise to power, he saw it as a misguided chance to 'help his mother's dream come true' by pretending to be her, coherseing even Neon and Boron into helping him as Kryptonia and instead trick Xenon into aiding him to commit an act even Kryptonia isn't insane enough to approve of. And once so, his bad ego's gonna cost him more than 'mother's affections'.
