Vice-President Cornelius Nerf, nicknamed Narf-Barf by his critics, is a living action figure from Toyworld. He is the corrupt vice-president of Toyworld's primary munitions company, Nerf Arms, and a descendant of it's founders, who believes that Nerf Arms has it's greatest profits during times of war, and thus seeks to increase profits of their commercially-successful Nerf guns by causing a war between Figuria, the land of action figures, and Automasia, the land of robotic toys. He does this by having two imposters, his own surprisingly almost simular yesmen named Cheap Creep and Otto Auto impersonating Figuria's leader President Figures and Automasia's leader Emperor Servosworth, which surprisingly they are almost simular too with only one or two key differences and make them declare a war that will demand more of Nerf Arms' products. He has been able to keep this a secret from even his boss and older brother, the owner of Nerf Arms CEO Maverick Nerf. As a former fighter for the Nerfium Military, he is more than capable of using all of Nerf Arms' products accurately to defend himself, and he has limited control of the company's security terradrones. He even tricked Toyworld's strongest elite military group called The Nerfserker Force into unknowingly serving him through the two yesmen.
