The Villains Channel is a law-free channel on UUniversal TV for villains and villain enthusiasts which is only available on the air for villains by law of the High Council, and is held underground on the lawless world of Mugshotra in the city of Blackflame. Ever since Mugshotra acquired the rights to public businesses during the Second Cartoonian War when the Villain League was basically running the UUniverses, this channel has had several influences across the UUniverses. And with an unlimited amount of possibilities, this channel can basically do whatever it wants. Fortunately, they're basicly the "Mean-spirited Pranksters" of the villain world and they DO process standerds and limits and know well enough to not COMPLETELY abuse their power to the point it crosses a line that can't be taken anymore.

Shows[]

  • Captain Lint- A TV show which features a dim-witted pirate captain named Captain Lint who scouts the seven seas with his crew of colorful pirates trying to find riches with no success, while trying to avoid the watchful eye of authorities, particularly since they hired one of their former members.
  • S.T.R.I.F.E- A TV show which features the life of a fanatical extremist organization called the Serious Team of Radical Inception for Evil (S.T.R.I.F.E), where a comical division tries to impress their boss so they can become the best, while trying to avoid blowing their organization's cover and beating the currently best division.
  • Slaughter of Cute Animals- A show about a malicious McLeach wannabe who torments unsentient cute animals in often painful, unsettling, and unbelievably controversial ways, yet these creatures always survive thanks to their healing capabilities. It's among the highest rating and controversial shows because of serious amount of animal abuse.
  • Exterm-a-Mate- An extremely hostile dating show where a charismatic yet sadistic woman hunter plays as the host. The most beautiful of women are made to answer simple but tricky questions that almost puts their lives and physical appearances at risk as the host is allowed to 'Exterm-A-Mate' them. The winner gets to survive and gets a new soul mate while the losers are lucky that the show is generous enough to allow cartoon logic to work in the show and let them survive the host's abuse. This is considered to be Lord Cobra's favorite show.
  • Pranks on Good Kings- A satirical show about a joke-obsessed warlock who plays practical pranks on all the known benevolent rulers of the UUniverses, particularly kings. This show used to do these things in reality, but because it was attracting attention to Mugshotra, the MDPF had to make the show satirical for their world's safety. So now it shows satirical depictions of the warlock playing jokes on kings like King Nightus and King Arthur.
  • Heroes Suck Balls- A show about a villain imitator of the famed Nostalgia Critic who mocks every single old and new hero in the UUniverses and insults them with overused obnoxious memes and offensive jokes. He even goes as far as making sketch parodies of the heroes to further insult them on their logic. He commonly nip-picks on hero teams, including the Shell Lodgers. He even makes several specials and even an hour-long movie dedicated to bad-mouthing the Lodgers like you wouldn't believe.
  • Exquisite and Amateur Lairs- A show dedicated to talking about the evil lairs of the UUniverses' greatest villains and beyond. They talk about décor, traps, minions, the villain himself/herself, and the dungeons. The quality of these lairs are judged by a 1-10 scale where the most amateur is 1/10-4/10 and the most exquisite is 5/10-10/10. Naturally, the villain teams lairs are always given highest points because of their influence in the villain community.
  • Food-Spitter- A dishonest critic is allowed to badmouth even perfect-tasting food just for the sake of getting their reactions and tears, and to ruin their restaurant and legacy. The show often ends with the critic getting a suitable punishment for being a jerk.
  • Antihero Kingdoms- A TV show which depicts a science fantasy land divided by 5 kingdoms. Four of the kingdoms are protected by four teams of antiheroes who commit crimes on either side, yet stop the unethical plots of the fifth and most dishonorable kingdom who does much worse deeds than the other four kingdoms. This is actually one of the few shows that are safe enough to show to the rest of the UUniverses in theory since antiheroes are not considerably hated like villains and can have a varied reception. But the Villain Channel higher-ups would rather play it safe and keep it exclusive just to be careful.
  • High Council Idiots (Cancelled)- A children's show that shows the High Council as Homer Simpson/Peter Griffin-esque, conspiracy-hiding idiots that stereotype their faults as opposed to what they truly are. This was one of the VC's most successful shows that lived for over 8 seasons, and was planned to continue with another one along with a movie premiere. But the show's creator, Dude Lesley, made the mistake of making the film to be completely public to the UUniverses as a whole just for popularity and money, thinking his fanchise and legacy shouldn't be excusive to only Mugshotra anymore. Naturally, the High Council didn't appreciate their 'portrayals' in the series at all, and had the show cancelled, and Lesley not only got arrested for bastardization and treason, but his superiors and the MDPF was furious at him for violating the rule of having it for villains only, leaving him to forever be in prison. But that didn't stop fans of the show from creating a comic series based on the show on Mugshotra websites and gaining a ton of popularity. The High Council finds it sickening that this portrayal of them has become too popular to destroy. The Council members' personalities in this show are as follows:
    • The Dragon Guardians- Three Stooges-inspired numbnuts who fight a lot.
    • Wizards and Magic-Users- Narcissistic and incompetent magic-users with various personality stereotypes of what they really are.
    • Master Chao- A Chinese stereotype with a Chinese food fetish and a bad habit of trying to eat cats.
    • Celestia- She is literally just an unsentient horse with paint all over it and obviously fake cardboard wings taped to it, it's horn nothing more then a ice cream cone, and it's 'magic' is just a bunch of Christmas lights and speical effects.
    • Oogway and Mufasa- Grouchy Jewish ghosts who bicker at each other in chess games and say 'Oy' a lot.
    • Zeus- A redneck sports fan spaz who likes to yell "BOLTING LIGHTINGS" almost every single time annoyingly.
  • Spongebob and Friends Abridged- A show that isn't nessersarly created by a rouge TV personality native to Mugshotra, but rather by a known Critic of the Shell Louge Squad, Tim Twostars, who created the show in meaning to deminstraight to the universes that the Shell Louge Squad can't be taken seriously as real heroes. It is in the sytile of any known abridged series you can think of. It's only episodes consist of the early crossover adventures that have the most criticisums, espiecally ones about Hercules and Quest for Camelot, and then proceeds to go after pretty much every single cronicles episode with making the Lougers and friends either blitering idiots, exact oppiste of their true personality, or straw man to be driven insane by the heroes' "Logic" and unwarrented 4th wall jokes. Though a hit in Mugshotra for obvious reason, Tim wants to be able to have it universe-spread so he can free people of the deludtion that the Shell Louge Squad "are good heroes", which coinidently, a Villain Channel Exsicutive seems to be willing to bend the rules to make it happened. Unlike High Council Idiots, it's not as intentionally insulting as the characters being physically inappealing as it's majorly just clips of the main Shell Louge Squad series being dubbed over with some changes here and there, but like the forementioned show, it criticisizes the Louger's flaws to a needlessly harsh and mean-spirited degree, and if it ever gets the universe-wide release like Tim wanted, it would be actselly MANY times harder to get rid of it like with High Council Idiots.

Others[]

  • Villains Action News- A news broadcast circuit which has an infamous reputation of ruining various heroes by releasing bad information about them. Though it's initial purpose is to report recent villain schemes by interviewing villains, reviewing their plans, and so on.
  • Villain of the Day- A sketch that appears during commercial breaks which shows a specific villain and his abilities, skills, and feats every day.
  • Watch-Out!- A sketch that appears during commercial breaks which is like Villain of the Day, except it makes viewers aware of the skills and unbeatable factors of the hero shown.
  • Scheme Week- A sketch that appears every Saturday in where a villain enthusiast host reviews the plan of any villain and how it either worked or failed on a scale of 1-10. Despite what the criticism might say, villains usually don't get angry that they are either criticized or praised because it reminds them that they need to learn from their mistakes.
  • Reformation Daily- A documentary series which reviews villains who have either and/or will reform or become antiheroes, and list details of what would happen if this were to occur. Surprisingly, Reformantion Daily doesn't 'criticize' the reformers other than considering it 'a sad, deep, personal tragedy to the villain community', and is viewed as a necessity for the Villain Community because some villains in the morality study group want to understand 'the reforming problem' better, and it's believed that if there's a better understanding, the 'problem' would be better combatted. It certainly has better appreciation these days ironically thanks to the Shell Lodgers who managed to reform a seemingly unredeemable genocidal peacock into becoming a hero, and even more so when it hosted one of it's most hot topic documentaries with a surprise that is still bedated to this day, which concerns none other than Sombor himself.
  • Evil History- A documentary series which reviews evils that have been long-defeated or may be soon to awaken. It often reviews very powerful evils such as Darkspawn lords, demons, evil spirits, dark magical beings, and even prehistoric and mythological evil.
  • Hero or Zero- A documentary series in which a hero who is not that much a hero as we thought is reviewed. Many heroes have been reviewed in this such as Captain Qwark, Darkwing Duck, and a few other heroes who are either full of themselves or are not as good and high-spirited as others. This series is a well-known favorite to the villain community since it gives them the knowledge that not all heroes are as good as the Shell Lodge Squad, though they still remember that even a hero that is incompident or a laughable joke is still considerablely a problem if one is not careful enough, or if they're with heroes slightly better.
