Professor Gloom's insidious plan is in full bloom! he created a "Gloomsday" divice that litteraly suck away happiness! making all miserable! he is doing this so that, everyone will be too miserable to refuse the law of Gloom, making the Gloom Leagon automatic rulers! can the lougers stop this? Meanwhile the Villain Leage seem have encountered yet another competer in their Conquest. So, they deside to help the lougers put an end to the Gloomsday device for good as well as giving ol' Gloomy a reminder of who he's dealing with.
