Whiland Nervanos Xerus, AKA Whi Ner Xerus, is an Alternate UUniversal Morphoid from Planet Xerus. He is an amphibian being and a member of a mostly-sterilized family of wealthy origin that got that way because the USRA races over punished the Xerus Family for supporting a tyrant ruler of their name, who was causing poverty for making them rich and was a known anti-USRA prick because they stood in the way of their dreams of being richer then all of the universes. This king also delcaired war like an idiot and ineditably lost because, gee, an allience of aliens was stronger then just one guy's planet grown army. When the king lost, he was sentenced to silverication and for the statue to be taken away from the planet due to his family being blindly supportive to him and was buried somewhere in Xe-Geter, never disclosing the location to make sure this big fool never returns to waste everyone's time and money again, while his family were punished with justly torture and a large majority of their male members punished with sterlisation so the family can never become strong enough to be a more compident threat. Though the sterlisation was strong enough to stagnate the Xerus' family growth, some younger males were mistakenly left behind, either being deemed too young for sterlisation or just because they couldn't be found. As a result, the family went on to found The Xerus Sorrowers, who wish to spread their sorrow onto all of the universes for the USRA's "abuse". Fortunately, apart from fellow xenophobes and local anarchists, they're pretty much a powerless minority as everyone else sane and open-minded enough know that the Xerus family got their comuppence, thus preventing their rise to power. Though the group was disbanned more times then can be properly recorded, the group always rebanned and become stronger, though not nessersarly wiser. Because of the sterlisation, only few Xerus family members are left capable of heirs, which means alot of leaders aren't exactly their top-form. Whi-Ner being the biggest exsample. As the name suggest, Whi Ner is kinda a spoiled self-centered whiny brat who's such a man-child, and is trapped in the deludtion that the Xerus Sorrowers are the greatest power ever, throwing temper-tandrums and outbursts when he doesn't get what he wants, earning him the nickname "Xerus the Crybaby". In fact, he gotten the position because he was such a spoiled brat because the last leader only allowed his asendtion because he couldn't cope with the crying, to the depriment of the original heir, his older brother Har D Har Xerus. Whi Ner acts like this because the poor doof is heavily austistic, trapped in the mindset of a 2 year old, and raised in a negitive evioment. Of all of the Xerus Sorrowers, Whi Ner is pretty much the only one sympathy worthy, because he can actselly be a good person if he was placed in a better evioment. However, sometimes, the best chance for any hope of reforming is a firm act of disapleane against this infant in an adult's body, and man, DOES HE EVER NEED IT?! His leadership against the evils of Tyberious Tibella have been causing them to weaken as he is far too gullible and manipulative for them to get very far. However, the only one who keeps him in an acceptable line is his uncle Vice Master Beah Trayus, who is actually planning to take over the Xerus Sorrowers, believing that Har, while argueability better, being currently unlocatable, may either be dead or has left Xerus indiffently and deems himself the only Xerus (by marrage) to be the only one who can take the Xerus Sorrowers out of their rut, and plans to take over and annihilate the Tibella Inquisition to basicly take over the Tibella System and then congure their own system with the combined powers of Tibella reshorces and their own. He also has two Xelp-cousins servants named Riner and Siner who may not nessersaly be whtat they say they are, while much of his other servants are the butt of all jokes, (Sometimes litterally) and Whi Ner is too stupid and unobservently misdirected to give any concern for them.
